If you have completed the DMWTW apllication to become a Patron, minimum donation required is $5.00. We will send your DMWTW Membership Card by mail within 10 days. 

If you enrolled your business into the DMWTW, please submit total from application. Donation for DMWTW Membership is completely tax deductable. Please notate "Children Of Light Donation" in margin. Please keep in mind that the Children Of Light is a non-profit organization. Your contributions can be written off on your taxes. Maintain your receipt for those purposes.
