REAL DEAL LIFE SKILLS READINESS PROGRAM
Manners, respect and responsible-decision making are qualities we feel every child and adult should master to feel comfortable, in any social setting. Futhermore, our young people should have a safe space where they can hone their "soft social skills", which are not a focus, in most public school systems. The Children Of Light's REAL DEAL LIFE SKILLS READINESS PROGRAM is designed for youth ages 9-15, however, we have realized that older teens and even adults have found our program content engaging and beneficial.
Participants quickly feel confortable operating within program settings. The RDLS program helps to create a clearer path between education and occupation by offering students "real life" lessons that can be applied for a lifetime. The RDLS program, in some cases, is creatively incentivized to ensure participants success and engagement, as well as, ignite the entreprenuial spirit within them.

Though the RDLS program is essential for the positive growth and developement of youth and young adults (9-16), we have found that older audiences have also enjoyed the information disseminated. The RDLS program has impacted industry by providing ethics, customer service training, manager development and maintaining good positive attitudes in the workplace.
Schools, program planners or other entities may customize the RDLS program to suit audience needs.
